Once you have been (conditionally) admitted to a Master's programme at Utrecht University, there are a number of practical matters to be seen to, such as:
International students will receive information from the Admissions Office on how to arrange the necessary practical matters (e.g., housing, a Dutch bank account, health care insurance, visa etc.).
Payment of your tuition fee

International students will receive information from the Admissions Office.
Student ID card
All students at Utrecht University receive a digital student card. The student card is visible in the MyUU app as soon as you've successfully enrolled and paid your tuition fees. You can download the app in the Apple App Store or the Android Google Play Store.
Confirm your place in the programme
We will send you a link to a confirmation form by email, asking you to either confirm your place in the programme or decline it. You must confirm your place before the 1st of June.
This is a condition for acceptance. If you fail to confirm your acceptance of our offer by this date, you will forfeit your place in the programme and your application in Studylink will be canceled.
Before the start of the Master’s programme, you need to be registered for courses. In the second half of May, we will send you information about the course registration for semester 1.
WELCOME AND ORIENTATION PROGRAMME
In July, you will receive an invitation for the Humanities Master's Orientation Days organised at the beginning of the academic year.
International students will also receive an invitation for the UU Orientation Days. Part of this programme consists of support and advice regarding practical matters, such as your registration with the city.
