Once you have been (conditionally) admitted to a Master's programme at Utrecht University, there are a number of matters to be seen to, such as:
By returning your confirmation form in time we reserve your place in the Master's programme. Subsequently international students will receive information from International Student Admissions on how to arrange the necessary practical matters (e.g., housing, a Dutch bank account, health care insurance, visa etc.).

Student ID card
All students at Utrecht University receive a digital student card. The student card is visible in the MyUU app as soon as you've successfully enrolled and paid your tuition fees. You can download the app in the Apple App Store or the Android Google Play Store.
Welcome and Orientation Programme
All international students will receive an invitation for the University's Orientation Day. Part of the programme for this day consists of support and advice regarding practical matters, such as your registration with the city.
