This Master’s programme (Orthopedagogiek) in Pedagogy will train you to become a scientist practitioner who is able to analyse, perform assessments and intervene, when problems in raising children or adolescents arise.

Become a social scientist in the field of developmental psychology, pedagogy, and/or interdisciplinary social sciences.

State-of-the-art research in methodology and statistics of the biomedical, behavioural and social sciences.

Study youth issues in changing social contexts (e.g. influenced by society, family, school, peers). Observe and examine contemporary youth issues by combining different social scientific disciplines in an interdisciplinary way.

This interdisciplinary programme (Maatschappelijke opvoedingsvraagstukken) in Pedagogy teaches you to connect issues of youth and education to contemporary, (inter)national social issues.
