After Admission

Once you have been (conditionally) admitted to a Master's programme at Utrecht University, there are a number of practical matters to be seen to, such as:

Practical matters

International students will receive information from International Student Admissions on how to arrange the necessary practical matters (e.g., housing, a Dutch bank account, health care insurance, visa etc.).

International students will receive information from International Student Admissions.

Student ID card

All students at Utrecht University receive a digital student card. The student card is visible in the MyUU app as soon as you've successfully enrolled and paid your tuition fees. You can download the app in the Apple App Store or the Android Google Play Store.

MASTER'S INTRODUCTION AND UU ORIENTATION DAYS

The Master's introduction will take place in the first week of September or the first week of February (depending when you start your programme).

International students will also receive an invitation for the UU Orientation Days, preceding the introduction. The Orientation programme consists of both social activities as well as information and advice regarding practical matters, such as your registration with the city.
