De faculteit Recht, Economie, Bestuur en Organisatie ontwikkelt executive onderwijs op maat voor organisaties die de professionele groei van hun medewerkers willen bevorderen.
De aard, omvang en intensiteit van maatwerkopleidingen stellen we in nauw overleg met onze opdrachtgevers vast. Wij kunnen een maatwerkopleiding naar wens incompany verzorgen.

For several years USBO Advies has worked with European Cultural Foundation (ECF) on its leadership and organisational development. After designing and guiding several training sessions focused on people management for 7 team leaders, further work was undertaken through an internal leadership programme including the sharpening of management tools to encourage and facilitate dealing with the complexity. Consultation was provided for the Director and senior Strategic Team and USBO Advies supported the forming and functioning of a broader Management Team. After a year there was keen interest to embed reflective space(s) in ECF’s ongoing work; to help the organisation to address the challenges that arise within its current context. Together we developed an approach, in which the whole organisation was involved, under the title ‘developing task-oriented team work’. Every team created a reflective space to think and discuss their functioning and worked on specified goals, with facilitation and consultation of USBO Advies. Finally, during working conferences for the entire staff we gathered some of the learning that these experiences brought and will continue to grow by bringing the teams together and developing a collaborative, supportive and cooperative working culture.
