Garden Café
The Garden Café in the Entrance building of the Botanic Gardens is suitable for receptions and drinks. This space can be used from 4.30 PM (after the Gardens' closing time) and features a cosy bar and seating areas.
Capacity
The room is in a standard café setup for 35 people. It is not possible to deviate from the standard set-up. In fine weather, you can also use the terrace.

Drinks receptions
You can hire the room at a special drinks receptions rate between 4.30 PM and 7.00 PM. For more information or in case of any questions, please fill in the application form.
Availability
The Garden Café can only be hired outside the Gardens' opening hours: from 4.30 PM onwards. During the period 30 November to 22 December 2023, it is also possible to rent the Garden Café before 4 PM, but only on weekdays.

Catering
Our in-house caterer Botanica Catering provides the drinks. The space can only be rented with the use of our in-house caterer and for a minimum of 25 people. Rachel de Groot and Berry Dirven of Botanica Catering will be happy to think along with you about the possibilities for your event and make a personal offer. You can contact them for this yourself.
