Venue hiring and catering
The Utrecht University Botanic Gardens offer a unique location for receptions, drinks, family days, workshops, presentations and meetings. We rent out three indoor spaces in our Tropical greenhouses and two tents outside on our event lawn during the warm months. It is also possible to rent the Garden Café for receptions and drinks.

Are you interested in renting one or more of our locations? Below you can read more about the spaces and possibilities. You can then fill in the application form. The rental price of the rooms is calculated per part of the day. At the moment, a room must be requested at least three weeks (fifteen working days) in advance.
