Tickets and opening hours
All information on tickets and prices of the Utrecht University Botanic Gardens is presented below. We are open daily from 1 March until 30 November from 10 am until 4.30 pm.
Ticket prices
- Adult (18+ years): € 10,00
- Youth (4 -18 years): € 4,50
- Students from other institutions (with a student card: € 4,50
- U Pass / Utrecht Card: € 4,50 | Unfortunately, paying with a U Pass is not possible

Group rate
From 15 persons or guided tour participants): € 1,50 discount per person.

Entrance for accompanists
- Accompanying persons in possession of a guide card can enter the Gardens free of charge.
- Persons accompanying a person in a wheelchair that is not self-sufficient can enter the Gardens free of charge.
* Physical Museum Card
- Only showing the physical Museum Card entitles you to free admission. Showing a copy of the Museum Card does NOT count as a valid admission ticket.
