Opening hours

On this page you will find the opening hours of the University Library Utrecht Science Park and the University Library City Centre.

Opening hours exam periods

Before the exam periods, we have longer opening hours so that students can prepare for their exams.

• Monday to Thursday: 8 am to 12 midnight
• Friday & Saturday: 8 am to 10.30 pm
• Sunday: 8 am to 12 midnight
• Public holidays: 10 am to 6 pm

Regular opening hours

• Monday to Friday: 8 am to 10.30 pm
  The service desk is open from 9 am to 10.30 pm
• Saturdays and Sundays: 10 am to 10.30 pm
  The service desk is open from 10 am to 10.30 pm
• Public holidays: 10 am to 6 pm

Special Collections opening hours

The Special Collections Reading Room at the University Library Utrecht Science Park: 

• Monday to Friday: 9 am to 5 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: closed
