Group spaces

A group space is a place where you can work with up to eight people. You can recognise these in our buildings by the yellow stickers and the text: 'Group space, reservations only'. Students and staff members of Utrecht University can reserve a group space.

How it works

You can reserve a group space up to two days in advance for a minimum of two and a maximum of four hours. A group member reserves the room and checks in within half an hour of the reserved start time.

If you do not check in within half an hour? 

Your booking will be cancelled.
