By bicycle
You can easily reach our location by bicycle. The entrance to the bicycle parking facility is located to the left of the main entrance on Heidelberglaan.
By public transport
Train
It takes about twenty-five minutes to cycle from Utrecht Central Station to our location at the Science Park.
Bus
The nearest bus stop is on Heidelberglaan. It is a three-minute walk to the university library.
Tram
The nearest tram stop is on Heidelberglaan, diagonally opposite the university library. It is a three-minute walk to our location.
By car
There are two disabled parking spaces on Coïmbrapad. These are accessible via Leuvenlaan. There are four disabled parking spaces on the second floor of the car park on Cambridgelaan.
Other drivers can park their cars in the car park on Cambridgelaan. Parking in this car park costs a maximum of 15 euros for a whole day.
Our main entrance on Heidelberglaan is also accessible to wheelchair users. Between the two revolving doors, you will find a wide door that can be opened by pushing a button. At the corner of Heidelberglaan and Coïmbrapad, you will find a revolving door. This door is not accessible to wheelchair users.
Our all-gender toilets are located on the first, fourth and fifth floor.
To the left of the main entrance on Heidelberglaan, you will find the University Library bicycle parking facility. If you wish to park a cargo bike or outdoor model bicycle, you can use the bicycle parking facility under the adjacent Martinus J. Langeveld building.
You will find coffee, sweets and soft drink vending machines in our buildings. You can pay with your debit card.
Employees can use their employee cards at the coffee machines.
Students and staff can book a limited number of study spaces with fixed computers. You can also borrow a laptop.

Use
The computers have temporary memory that is cleared at the end of the day. It is therefore important to ensure that you save the files you are working on regularly and carefully. You can learn more about saving and sharing files on the Student Site.
Taking a break?
Please log out and take your belongings with you so that other visitors can also use this study space. After a 20-minute break, you will be automatically logged out and the computer will be available for someone else to use.

Borrowing a laptop
Students, staff or alumni of Utrecht University can borrow a laptop from the service desk on presentation of a library card. Students and staff can find their library card in the MyUU app. You can only use this laptop in the building. You must return the laptop to the service desk no later than fifteen minutes before closing time.

At our location at Utrecht Science Park, you will find the disabled toilets on the first and sixth floor. The toilet on the first floor can be reached by lift, which is located to the right of and below the stairs at our main entrance. The toilet is located on the side where you exit the lift.
To reach the toilet on the sixth floor, take another lift from the first floor. Go past the reception desk, through the access gates and up the ramp. On the left, you will see two lifts that go to the sixth floor.
You will find Espressobar Gutenberg at our location at Utrecht Science Park. From our main entrance on Heidelberglaan, turn left immediately.

Do you require first aid? Please report to reception or the service desk.
The first aid room is located on floor 0 in room 0.23. You will need an XS pass to access and use this room.
Room 0.23 contains a lactation room with a chair, table and refrigerator. You can access this area via a member of staff at reception.
From the main entrance on Heidelberglaan, you will find the lift to the Boothzaal and the first floor on the right side and below the large staircase to the library. From this floor, you can take two lifts that go up to the sixth floor.
In the library at Science Park, you will find the lockers opposite the reception desk. The lockers are automatically opened at the end of each day. You are responsible for removing your belongings from the locker before the end of the day.
You will also find vending machines with care products in our buildings.

The Skills Lab offers individual guidance and an overview of training courses and workshops in the field of writing, studying and other academic skills. You can find the Skills Lab on the second floor in room 2.45 in our building at Utrecht Science Park.
Two Wi-Fi networks are available in the university library: Utrecht University and eduroam. Both provide access to the internet. You can read how to use these networks on the Information and Technology Services (ITS) page.
