Are you returning a borrowed book late? Then you may have to pay replacement costs. On this page you can read about your material being overdue.

Overdue notices

Are you late in returning a book? As an extra service, the library will send you four reminders by email or post. You will receive the reminders on day 1, day 7, day 14 and day 21 after the due date. Students receive the message at their Solis email address. Not receiving a reminder does not affect the replacement costs..

Paying replacement costs

If you have not responded to the four reminders, you will receive an invoice for replacement costs. The costs will be determined for each book. The minimum amount you have to pay is €50. If you return the book, the costs will be cancelled and your card is no longer blocked.
