Using the Booth Hall

The foyer is included in your booking. Please take into account the date and time of your event when you want to use the foyer for catering.

We keep a free hour between two reservations. Sometimes events may take longer than expected and we also need the time to get the room in order again.

Please go to the service desk on the first floor before using the Booth Hall. A staff member will open the room for you and explain the use of the equipment. Please note that staff is present from 9 a.m. onwards.

See also the conditions of use of the Booth Hall.
