Connecting to the Yoda Network Disk on Windows
There are three options to connect to the Yoda Network Disk on Windows:
Cyberduck is the recommended application for connecting to the Yoda Network Disk on a Windows system. WinSCP is a good option as well.
Using the Windows native WebDAV client is an alternative to the previous two methods and it is only recommended if you can’t install Cyberduck or WinSCP on your laptop. The Windows native WebDAV client also facilitates mounting the Yoda Network Disk as a Network Disk. That way you can work with small files stored on Yoda as if they were stored on your laptop or PC.
Situations in which WebDAV is a better alternative:
- If you need to be able to connect to multiple Yoda environments simultaneously;
- If the security settings of your laptop prevent you from installing any new applications.
