Prof. mr. dr. Manuel Lokin

Prof. mr. dr. Manuel Lokin is professor of Company Law and co-director of Utrecht Centre for Accountability and Liability Law (UCALL). He studied in Utrecht and defended his PhD dissertation on executive compensation in listed companies in Rotterdam. His research focuses on the nature of the corporation and on how company law can contribute to a purposeful business environment that creates long term value for society at large.
