Dr. Brianne McGonigle Leyh
Brianne McGonigle Leyh is an Associate Professor at the Netherlands Institute of Human Rights (SIM) within the Faculty of Law, Economics and Governance of Utrecht University. She is an attorney specializing in human rights, victims' rights, accountability for serious human-rights violations and transitional justice. In addition to her research and teaching, she is on the Executive Board of the Netherlands Quarterly of Human Rights, on the Advisory Board of the Netherlands Helsinki Committee, and she is a Senior Counsel at the Public International Law & Policy Group.
