As part of the Mathematical Institute, we offer the following:

PhD Programme

As a PhD student on our programme, you would be an essential part of our team. You will usually be employed on a four year contract with full funding. The position involves a modest amount of teaching. In practice, this means that PhD students supervise exercise classes for about one afternoon a week during the semester, and assist in marking exams.

Master in Mathematical Sciences

Our master programme will provide you with a rich toolkit of creative problem solving skills that will turn you into a desired scientist, both in and outside academia. You will dive deep into mathematics, develop genuine research skills in pure, applied and industrial areas and learn to think out of the box. The programme offers an exceptionally large selection of courses, as it includes those of the national Programme Mastermath.

Summer School

Every summer we organise an intensive two-week summer school focused on Geometry, understood in the broad sense, for advanced bachelor students.
