Education

The UCERF researchers teach a variety of courses at bachelor and master level to students of the Utrecht University School of Law and students from the Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences.

The master Privaatrecht offers a special track on Family Law, including topics as Verdieping Familierecht (Advanced Family Law), International and European Family Law, and various capita, such as Youth Law.

Topics taught range from Personen- en familierecht (The law of persons & Family Law) and Internationaal Privaatrecht (Private International Law), to Comparative Law Methodology, Rechtstheorie (Legal Theory), International Law of Human rights, Gender & (International) Law, International and European law and Women and Philosophy of Human Rights.
