Registration and poster submission
- We strongly encourage PhD students and postdocs to submit abstracts and welcome inclusion of preliminary data and plans.
- Please upload your abstract in the registration form before October 7, 2024.
- 50 registered poster abstracts will be selected for the poster session. We will notify the selected abstracts the week commencing on 14 October. Please bring your printed poster to the conference. The poster board dimensions are 2.00 X 1.03 meters (portray).
- Up to 15 abstracts will be selected for a short presentation during the parallel sessions. If you wish to present your research during the parallel sessions, please check the corresponding box in the registration form.
- If for any reason you must cancel your conference registration, please let us know via email to e.martinezsanchez-5@umcutrecht.nl. Cancellations are possible until Monday 30 September.
