Equal opportunities for health?
On November 22, 2022, we spoke with four experts about the health gap. This was the first public dialogue in the series New Perspectives on Illness and Health.
The health gap
Why do your social position, education level, and income largely determine your health? How is it possible that there is a difference of as much as 15 years in perceived good health between the neighborhoods of Overvecht and Tuindorp, separated by just a railway line? We discussed these questions with the audience and a panel of experts.
