e-CHEMS
e-CHEMS is a group of theoreticians and experimental experts from all departments of the Science Faculty with a common interest in electrochemistry. The group aims to build an inclusive, inspiring and collaborative community of researchers, lecturers and students on electrochemistry. They hope to promote collaborative and multidisciplinary research projects, and to increase the visibility of UU as a cluster of excellence in electrochemistry.
The initiators and core group of e-CHEMS:
dr. N. (Nong) Artrith
Assistant Professordr. ir. Sanli Faez
Associate Professordr. P. (Peter) Ngene
Associate Professordr. W. (Ward) van der Stam
Assistant Professordr. A.A. (Arnaud) Thevenon-Kozub
Assistant Professor
Shared activities - S4S & e-CHEMS
e-CHEMS Tutorial: 'Molecular catalytic reduction of CO2 up to 12 electrons'
In the series of e-CHEMS Lectures, experts in the field of electrochemistry are invited to give a guest lecture in Utrecht. Prof. Marc Robert from Sorbonne Université was invited for a lecture on 'Molecular catalytic reduction of CO2 up to 12 electrons'.
A recording of the lecture will be available soon.
e-CHEMS Tutorial: 'How to understand rates of electrocatalytic reactions'
e-CHEMS welcomed prof. Marc Koper to discuss the (kinetic) modeling of electrochemical and electrocatalytic reactions in relation to experimental data.
A recording of the lecture will be available soon.
Electrochemistry Symposium 2023
