Registration for the 4^th Single Domain Antibodies Conference from September 29 to October 1, 2025 in Utrecht is closed as we have reached our maximum number of participants. We are pleased with the great interest in the conference.

Submission deadline for abstracts is closed.

Conference fees

• General participant: € 400,00
• PhD student/Postdoc: € 300,00
• BSc/MSc student: € 250,00
• Industry: € 450,00
• Conference dinner: € 50,00

Payment options: Visa, Mastercard and Ideal.

Registration form
Please complete the registration form to register. Once you have registered using the form, you will receive a confirmation by email containing a payment link. If you also sign up for the conference dinner, you'll get an additional payment link for that as well.
Your registration is final only when we have received your payment. Registration is now closed.

• Refreshments during coffee breaks and lunch breaks

Please Note:

• The conference dinner is not included. You will find the option to attend the conference dinner on the registration form. You will receive a separate payment link for this item if you chose to attend.
• The conference fees do not include hotel accommodation. You are kindly asked to take care of your accommodation by yourself. Set (non-fluctuating) rates with flexible cancellation policies have been arranged for this conference and are available via Hotel Service Utrecht. Travel Grants – Single Domain Antibodies Conference 2025
A limited budget is available to support participants who do not have the financial means to fully cover their travel expenses to attend the Single Domain Antibodies Conference 2025.

To apply for a travel grant, please provide:

• A short motivation letter,
• A description of your current research or project,
• An estimate of your travel costs.

The sdAb 2025 committee is pleased grants were awarded to participants with an oral or poster presentation and travelling from outside Europe.

Cancellation conditions:

• Until 1 July 2025: cancellation free of charge
• From 1 July 2025: € 50,00 per registration
• From 19 September 2025: No Refund

Photo, video and/or audio recordings will be made during this conference. By participating in this event, you agree to any publication of these.
