2025 marks the 10-year anniversary of the establishment of our Regenerative Medicine Utrecht (RMU) community within the Regenerative Medicine Center Utrecht (RMCU). In addition to this milestone, we also celebrate the 20-year anniversary of the RMU community, as well as 15 years of the Regenerative Medicine and Stem Cells (RM&SC) strategic programme and the RM PhD programme. Along the way, we have advanced regenerative medicine research, collectively working to improve patient care and develop new treatments. Join us as we celebrate this special occasion through a series of events that reflect on our achievements, celebrate our community and look ahead to the future of regenerative medicine and RMU.

Science Event
Join us on June 30th at Tivoli Vredenburg for the RMU 10-Year Anniversary Science Event, a celebration of progress, innovation and teamwork in regenerative medicine! Together, we will reflect on key developments in the field of regenerative medicine, as well as the achievements of our RMU community of the years. Beyond looking back, we will celebrate our current position in this promising field and gain inspiration for the times ahead.
This event is open to everyone. Whether you are or have been part of the RMU community, or are simply interested in regenerative medicine and are looking to be inspired, we invite you to be part of this special occasion.

Social Event
RMU brings together the largest group of researchers in the Netherlands working in the field of regenerative medicine. To celebrate the value of this community, the RMU 10-Year Anniversary Social Event will be taking place on July 4th at sports center Olympos in Utrecht. At this event, we will celebrate the teamwork and diversity within the RMU community through sports, games, food and drinks. This event is a chance to connect with colleagues across all departments, roles and backgrounds. Don't miss out!

Art Competition
Science meets art at the RMU 10-Year Anniversary Art Competition! We invite everyone from our RMU community to showcase the artistic side of your research through stunning microscopy images, creative scientific illustrations, or other visually striking representations of your work.
The deadline for submissions is Friday April 4th at 23:45H. Submissions will be judged on creativity, scientific relevance, and aesthetic appeal. The winner's art will be prominently displayed in the RMCU. More details on this will follow.
