On 17 June 2025 the IOS Platform Bottom-up-initiatives for Societal Change organises its first Research Day. For this day, we invite researchers affiliated to the platform to present their research.
On June 27, this one-day event brings together researchers, policymakers, and professionals from across Europe to reflect on the role of solidarity in the EU today. From migration and democracy to energy, social policy, and the Eurozone, the programme offers space for in-depth discussion on both challenges and opportunities.
On 16 September 2025 the IOS Bottom-Up Platform for Societal Change organises Impact Day 2025 for researchers, social entrepreneurs en expert practitioners in the field of citizens' intitiatives.
Erasmus University Rotterdam and Utrecht University jointly host the 10th EMES International Research Conference on Social Enterprise. The conference will start on 3, 4 , and 5 November in Rotterdam and will continue in Utrecht on 6 and 7 November 2025.
