We would like to invite you to the BBOS Autumn Symposium 2017 to be held from Wednesday 25 until Friday 27 October 2017.

This year our symposium will be held in Hotel Erica in Berg en Dal.

Scientific program
Like the previous year, we will start the program Wednesday afternoon at 13:30. The program will end Friday afternoon at 15:00.

Excursion
Thursday early afternoon we will have a long break after lunch to allow for leisure activity.
Several options will be available close to the hotel in Berg en Dal.

Social program
Also this year, the social program on Thursday evening will be organized by PhD students.
For this we are looking for people who want to organize the social program. Please let us know if you are interested.

Costs
The costs for participation for non UU-IMAU participants will be around € 250 -  € 300, and we will send an invoice to your home institute. The price is based on shared rooms (2 PhDs per room), so please indicate with whom you want to share your hotel room.

A detailed program, descriptions of how to get to our accomodation and other information will be disseminated later on.

BBOS is an open research network that stimulates scientific exchange in the field of the physics of the climate system.
Please do not hesitate to inform PhDs that work in this field about the possibility to participate in the BBOS symposia.
