Six seminars by selected speakers addressing various aspects of Bohr's corpus and legacy.

Workshops

Five international workshops alternating between Copenhagen and Utrecht and a number of smaller events will be organised in 2024-2028 in the framework of BOHR21. The second workshop took place from 2 to 4 November 2025 and was hosted in the Utrecht University Museum. The first workshop took place from 17 to 19 June 2024 in the historic Auditorium A of the Niels Bohr Institute in Copenhagen.

Abstract	In 1932–33, Niels Bohr and Léon Rosenfeld investigated the measurability of electromagnetic fields in the quantum domain, concluding that theoretical predictions align with what can, in practice, be measured. We will trace their motivations, explain the intricate procedures they devised, assess the validity and adequacy of their analysis, and outline the reception of their work.
