Future of Work is organized in 3 interrelated research themes, each centered around:

processes that have important consequences for labor markets such as technological progress or globalization;
the importance of inequality and the role of diversity on labor markets;
the sustainability of workers and of workplaces;
the importance of labor market institutions.
