FoodWeek & FoodYear
Feeding Curiosity: Where Flavor Meets Story
FoodYear is made up of monthly FoodMonths, each highlighting a special dish, drink, or ingredient. Each month uncovers the fascinating stories behind what’s on your plate exploring its ingredients, cultural background, seasonality, and connections to science and research. While enjoying your meal at the Faculty Club, you can use the QR code on the FFU cards to access this page and dive into the full story. Previous months and their in-depth articles are also available above, offering a rich archive of flavors, insights, and discoveries from recent and past FoodMonths.
