Support for Young Researchers
In close cooperation with the Young Researchers in Mathematics Education (YERME), the FAME conference has dedicated activities and support for young researchers (planning to) attending the conference. We planned two activities and a reduced conference fee for our young researchers, described below.

This pre-event will provide information on:
- What is FAME about? Is it for me?
- Which kind of contribution is the right one for me?
- What should I be aware of when preparing and submitting a proposal?
- What can I expect at the conference?
- How can I get further support?

To give you a perfect start into FAME, we invite you to join the special Young Researchers session on the first morning (before regular registration starts at lunchtime).
What you can expect:
- Getting to know fellow Young Researchers,
- Sharing experiences and networking,
- Expert workshop on doing research in assessment of mathematics education,
- Joint lunch
Participation in the session for young researchers does not increase the conference fee.
