Team of Early Childhood
Chair
- I am a lecturer in the Department of Educational Sciences at the Faculty of Social Sciences, where my research focuses on the upbringing and development of young children. I draw energy from bringing together researchers from different disciplines and fostering the exchange of knowledge within the early childhood community.
Chair
- I am a paediatrician and neonatologist, and a professor of neonatal brain development and sleep. My research focuses on the role of sleep in early brain development and how we can use this knowledge to improve care for newborns and young children. I am also co-chair of the Developmental Disorders theme within the Brain priority area at UMC Utrecht.
Chair
- Lecturer at Utrecht University in the Department of Clinical Child and Family Studies (CCFS) and a member of the Department of Child and Youth Studies (CAS). My research focuses on the development and upbringing of young children (aged 0–6).
