New magazine on global engagement and youth research

How can we secure a better future for young people worldwide? Our Planet, Our Youth, Our Future!—a joint publication by Dynamics of Youth, UGlobe, and Child Health (UMC Utrecht)—explores the global connections between youth well-being, sustainability, and planetary health. By listening to and working alongside youth, researchers from Utrecht University and Utrecht Medical Center seek to shape a more just, sustainable world.

The magazine ‘Our planet, our youth, our future!’ is a joint publication by Dynamics of YouthUtrecht Centre for Global Challenges (UGlobe), and Child Health (UMC Utrecht). This magazine is for everyone interested in child and youth research, education, and global engagement, where collaborations cross national, disciplinary, and thematic borders.

Catrin Finkenauer, director of Dynamics of Youth, explains the importance of international cooperation: "Many of the most pressing questions can only be effectively addressed by joining forces across disciplines, universities, and national borders. By embracing a global and interdisciplinary perspective, we not only enhance the quality of our science but also ensure that our work remains relevant and meaningful to the world’s youth."
