Objective of the SIG
Learning analytics can be defined as “the measurement, collection, analysis and reporting of data about learners and their contexts, for purposes of understanding and optimising learning and the environments in which it occurs” [1]. In this SIG on learning analytics, we want to bring together people that look at learning analytics from different perspectives, either from research, practice, but also supporting UU developments in this area.

Learning Analytics Team
The Learning Analytics Team supports ongoing and future learning analytics projects within Utrecht University, for example by working on an IT infrastructure and on policy frameworks. More information can be found on the UU LA website.
