Cybersecurity (including the software and technological supply chain) and digital sovereignty form the foundation of a trustworthy and resilient digital society. The AI Lab for Cybersecurity, a collaboration between Utrecht University and Utrecht University of Applied Sciences, develops the knowledge, methods, and technologies needed to enable Europe to better manage and secure its digital and critical infrastructures.
Together with governments, businesses, and societal partners, the AI Lab for Cybersecurity builds systems that are resilient, auditable, and privacy-friendly. The projects within the Lab address concrete real-world challenges, ensuring a clear connection between research and practical applications.
