Cancellation can be submitted via email (b.dejong@uu.nl)

The following charges applied upon cancellation:

• Cancellation charges until and including May 6th 2024: 20% of registration fee.
• Cancellation charges after May 6th 2024: 100% of registration fee.

Dates refer to receipt of the cancellation notice. Substitutions can be made any time.
