Rooms
The Academy Building/University Hall is used for graduation ceremonies, PhD defenses, inaugural lectures/orations, valedictory speeches and other ceremonies. It is also possible to book a room for conferences, meetings, dinners and receptions.

Every room has its own history. Information on the capacity of each room can be found below. You can find more information on rent, prices and catering by clicking on the picture of the room. You can find the application form for the rooms within the University Hall below, as well as the rental agreements.
Seating capacity
There are several rooms available for rent in the University Hall. This is a general overview of the capacities per room. Further specifications per room can be found by clicking on the picture corresponding to the room.

Room layout
The rooms have multiple options in terms of layout. Each layout has its own maximum capacity. Several types of layouts can be viewed below. Do note, only the regular room layout is available for our smaller rooms.
Tours
A guided tour organized by our expert tour guides is the best way to get to know the history and feel the atmosphere of the building. There are costs involved and there is a maximum of twenty people per guided tour. The possibility of a guided tour depends on the schedule of the building and the tour guide.

Getting married at the University Hall*

*Note: getting married at the University Hall is only possible on Saturdays or Sundays.
