General information for visitors
We are very excited to welcome visitors from our Utrecht University family, colleagues from the Dutch university college network, members of the local community and all friends of UCU on campus to join us our 5th Lustrum Celebration day on June 9th 2023. Here's what is important to know if you would like to join the fun!
Registration | We kindly ask you to register in advance to join the Lustrum Celebration day on June 9th. This helps us to plan capacity and make sure that everyone involved has a great time on the day! |

Getting to campus | We recommend that you come to campus by bicycle or public transport, as parking on campus is limited. For information about how to get to UCU, please check here. |
Accesibility | UCU is committed to making its campus accessible to persons with disabilities. Individuals who have special needs should contact the UCU Communications Office ucu.communications@uu.nl. Service animals that meet requirements will be permitted with advanced notice. |
Where should I go when I arrive? | Your first stop should be the registration area, located in the ground floor of Dining Hall (no. 17 on the campus map) |
Food and drink | For lunch, snacks and sandwiches are available in the Cafe in Dining Hall. After the Liberal Arts and Sciences Symposium, we will have a welcome borrel. For dinner, you can purchase tokens that can be used at the food trucks and drinks stands/University College Student Association Bar. |
Campus tour | The first item on the agenda is a campus tour for visitors. If you have never been to the UCU campus before and would like to have a guided tour please join in. The campus tour will leave from in front of the Dining Hall at 11:00. |
Academic showcase | After the official opening ceremony, we go to the UCU Liberal Arts and Sciences Symposium, followed by the last lecture. Please stay tuned for further details about the sessions and content. |
Evening programme | At 20:00 we kick off the live music and drinks by the fire pit, followed by and outdoor film screening. Details on the music and film to be announced as soon as possible. |
Bringing family members | You are of course welcome to bring your colleagues or partner/children. If you would like to bring an additional visitor please let us know when you fill out the registration form. |
Photography at the event | Please be aware that there will be photography at the event and the images can be used by University College Utrecht for promotional purposes. |
