UCU Homecoming FAQs 2023
Homecoming 2023 will take place from 9-11 June. We welcome all UCU alumni from every class year to attend.
REGISTRATION AND COST
Registration is begins 15 March. You can register here.
Please note that there is a maximum capacity for the Saturday night dinner of up to 250 guests. Your place will be reserved on a first come first serve basis.
Please register by Monday 17 May, to help us with accurate catering estimates.
There are three passes available for Homecoming Weekend:

Full Weekend | €75 | All inclusive (Saturday and Sunday); access to all events and meals |
Saturday Night | €50 | Access to the Alumni Cocktail Hour and Alumni Dinner |
I Love UCU | €150 | Full weekend pass and includes a €75 donation to the UCU Fund |
Saturday and Sunday events, with the exception of the Afterparty, will be open bar for alumni. All alumni are welcome to the Afterparty.

Refunds are available until Friday, May 19, 2023. After that date, we cannot issue a refund because food and materials have been ordered and staffing levels determined. If the College makes the decision to cancel homecoming for any reason (e.g., a change in the Covid-19 landscape), full refunds will be issued.
Yes, each alumnus is allowed to bring one guest with them.
You are welcome to bring children to the Friday evening and Saturday morning portion of Homecoming 2023. Please indicate this in your form.
Childcare will not be provided, therefore it is important that if you bring your children to events, they are under your supervision.
Your first stop should be the registration desk, located in the ground floor of Dining Hall. Upon registration, you’ll receive a packet containing a name tag, bracelet and programme.
On Friday, night there will be local food trucks. Meals can be purchased with tokens.
On Saturday, we will provide a barbecue lunch and alumni dinner (with registration).
On Sunday, we will host a champagne brunch to bid our alumni farewell.
We also hope to have speacial breakfast deals at local cafes nearby UCU.

TRANSPORTATION
Please refer to our website for more information on how to get to campus.
On-campus parking is very limited, therefore we request that Homecoming weekend attendees to walk, cycle or take public transportation to the get to the UCU campus. Parking will be provided for bikes.
GENERAL
Dress is casual all weekend. You are welcome to dress semi-formal at the Saturday evening dinner but this is not required.
In case of rain or cold weather, bring a rain coat, sweater, and umbrella.
You should pack necessary toiletries and towels if you plan to partake in the Saturday morning sporting events and would like to shower on campus.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on campus for Homecoming Weekend.
