The only energy this revolving door uses is human muscle power. A revolving door is also more effective at keeping heat inside a building than a sliding door.

Borrow a bike at reception desk
Do you need to go to another building? Use a loan bike! A good alternative to the car or public transport. You can loan a bike from this reception area.
I am easy
The floor covering in the buildings is easy to keep clean, which means it lasts longer and we do not need to replace it as frequently.
I switch off by myself
Many offices and meeting rooms have sensors: the lights switch off after a period of no movement in the spaces.
I burn with desire until there is light!
Striplights on the window sides of the teaching areas, offices and meeting rooms react to daylight. As the amount of daylight increases, the lights automatically dim.
I keep you fit
If you take the lift, the lift consumes energy and you do not. If you take the stairs, you are the one consuming energy. Walking up stairs is more physically intensive than, for example, jogging: you burn the same number of calories in half the time. Two minutes of walking up stairs already has a positive effect on the body's ability to burn calories (upwards of 280 kcal every 30 minutes), and repeating this multiple times a day has a major impact on your blood sugar and cholesterol.
This is my retirement
Computers from teaching areas that still work but are too old to be used for teaching purposes are given a new lease of life as kiosk computers in the buildings.
I have content
The windows are double glazed. Double glazing is double glass window panes separated by a space, or cavity, containing dry air. Since air has high heat resistance, the space reduces heat transfer. The result is cooler interiors in the summer and warmer interiors in the winter. We do not use air conditioning in this building.
I sense your presence!
The WiFi routers in the buildings measure the activity of any devices present. In the absence of devices, the router automatically switches off after a while, saving energy.
