Sustainability lunches
In 2026, the Sustainability Office is organising a series of sustainability lunches for UU colleagues from both operational departments and teaching and research. During these informal sessions (12:00–13:00), professionals involved will demonstrate how the university’s sustainability ambitions are being translated into concrete practical applications, with opportunities for discussion, networking and practical inspiration.
In 2026, the lunches will take place on 12 March (Stronger Together), 16 April (Waste-free testing ground), 11 June (The importance of the outdoors), 8 October (UU’s biodiversity footprint) and 12 November (Energy + Climate). Registration is required; the exact location will be stated in the invitation, and participants are asked to bring their own lunch.
