Utrecht Marathon powered by Utrecht Science Park
On Sunday, 12 May 2019 the 38th renewed Utrecht Marathon powered by Utrecht Science Park will take place. The Utrecht Marathon is organized by Utrecht University in cooperation with partners at Utrecht Science Park. The various distances will lead runners along the highlights of the city.
The Marathon (42,195 km) will start at 9:00 AM with a completely new course consisting of one lap. The different old and new parts of the city of Utrecht are connected to each other in this route. The combination of running through parks, the new city districts such as Leidsche Rijn and the old town provide a unique running experience. The courses on the Half Marathon (21,1 km), Quarter Marathon (10,55 km) and Mini Marathon (± 1,5 km) have also been completely renewed.
