Wiepke Koekenberg

Hi, I’m Wiepke, a student coach at Playground. I’ve studied Business Administration and Marketing, and spent several years managing creative projects, so I know how important it is to really get the people you’re trying to reach. When you understand who they are, it becomes a lot easier to figure out the problem you’re actually solving — and who you’re solving it for. In my coaching sessions, I help students explore the value they want to create, whether that’s through a start-up, a foundation, or a project. Even if your idea isn’t fully formed yet, we’ll get to the heart of it together and figure out the next steps—with energy, curiosity, and a few questions that make you think.

I also run workshops, whether it’s Design Thinking for students (Da Vinci Project, Utrecht Young Academy's SpARC) or for professionals (GWZ), as well as sessions on Branding & Marketing for start-ups/personal branding, effectuation theory, and pitching. And next to that, I work with the team to make sure everything at Playground runs smoothly.
