Consultation Data Science / AI

Researchers and PhD candidates
Consultation Data Science / AI is intended for researchers who need support regarding data science, artificial intelligence (AI), and their applications. We recommend that PhD candidates and their supervisors arrange an appointment at an early stage in the PhD project for advice on the project plan and suggestions for relevant post-doctoral courses in methods and statistics.
When formulating grant applications (e.g., with NWO or contract funding), it can prove useful to involve a data science / AI adviser and include them in the application. If the adviser devotes a lot of time to the research, it is sensible to include costs for that in the budget.

Booking a consultation
Researchers and PhDs can email short questions to the consultancy coordinator at m.moerbeek@uu.nl. The coordinator will then match you with an adviser who has the necessary knowledge and skills in data science / AI.
Consultation charges
For PhD candidates and researchers in the Faculty of Social & Behavioural Sciences: free of charge.
