Two-factor authentication ( 2FA / MFA )

As it is important to Utrecht University (UU) that your information is well protected, we are constantly working to improve data security. The introduction of two-factor authentication (2FA) forms an important part of this.

  Are you an employee?

  Are you a student?

  Visit the student website for more information about 2FA.

  Are you a guest without a Solis-id?

  Guests who want to use our Office 365 applications (such as Teams, shared files on OneDrive, etc). need 2FA (MFA) to login from 3 May 2022 onwards. Our manual describes how to set it up.
