The GRID Lab (Groups and Identity Lab) in the Department of Social, Health, and Organisational Psychology (SHOP) is engaged in societally relevant issues related to group processes and social identity (i.e., how people feel and behave in groups). For example, how can we ensure equal opportunities for everyone in the job market? What determines whether people feel at home, can be themselves, and want to continue working in an organisation? And how can men and women combine work and family life? We try to answer these questions by combining fundamental research with applied research within organisations.
