All the partners of Universiteit Utrecht that operate in the campus have to meet several standards in sustainability that are constantly been raised. To meet these new criteria can be challenging for the small partners of the university. The Kebab foodtruck ‘Mo & Zoon’ has been operating in the Uithof for over a decade, and it needed advice of how to meet the new standards to operate in the campus and to perform in a more sustainable manner.
The sustainable consultancy team provided the Kebab foodtruck with a tailor made route map towards higher levels of sustainability. Thanks to the contribution of this team, the Kebab foodtruck ‘Mo & Zoon’ received a feedback to change the performance of the company to keep operating in de Uithof.
