Expenses and expense claims Executive Board
In order to increase transparency, the Executive Board has decided to make the expense claims of its members available online.
Utrecht University follows the UNL advice for uniform accountability by universities. Expense claims are understood to mean: reimbursements for individual costs incurred and services provided. In addition to expense claims, this also includes invoices paid directly by the university as well as credit card charges. The underlying receipts are available on request via secretariaat.cvb@uu.nl.
The Executive Board claims expenses in accordance with the regulations (PDF, in Dutch) that apply university-wide and the national regulations (PDF, in Dutch) that apply in addition to these.
