This working group is concerned with the improving Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in teaching and through teaching.
In the working group for education, we focus on raising awareness of EDI-related topics by the following aspects:
- Informing teachers in different departments by giving our EDI in Teaching presentation
- Offering suggestions on how to implement EDI principles in teaching
- Identifying concerns and bottlenecks in the organization of education
- Share news about EDI in education
- Foster interdepartmental collaborations to improve the quality of our educational programs.
- Maintaining contact with external stakeholders such as program directors, educational committees, academic advisors, and lecturers.
- We include students’ perspectives and are fortunate to have student members in our working group.
