Bachelor's and Master's Programmes

With more than 20 Bachelor's programmes (of which one is taught in English) and more than 40 Master's programmes (of which 22 are taught in English), the Faculty offers programmes covering the full range of the Humanities' scope.

Minors

Besides Bachelor's and Master's programmes, the Faculty of Humanities offers a number of Minors. Most of these are in Dutch, but we offer a number of English-taught Minors.

Utrecht Summer School

The Utrecht Summer School programme covers virtually all disciplines Utrecht University is offering. Among others, it contains a broad selection of English-taught courses in the fields of art and music, culture (among which History, Intercultural Communication, Religious Studies, Ethics and Philosophy) and language

Many of the lecturers in our study programmes are also engaged in academic research.
