Department Advisory Committee

The Department Advisory Committee assists the departmental board with advice.

The Department Advisory Committee is the representative advisory board for the department of Information and Computing Sciences. Before the departmental board can implement changes they first have to run it by the committee. We will critically evaluate the proposal and give the board our advice on the matter. In addition, a number of policy-issues need the approval of the committee before they become effective. Finally, the committee will at times give (sometimes unsolicited) advice on current affairs to the departmental board.
