Newsletter template

Newsletters on behalf of Utrecht University are sent via Maileon. The template for newsletters in Maileon is available in Dutch and English and includes the appropriate fonts, colour palette, logo and sender block.

The template contains a logo with a yellow area next to it. In this area there is space for the sender (for example the name of the faculty). This area is not meant for a newsletter title or event name.

We are working on one strong branding, Utrecht University. To bring our communication more in line, you are not allowed to design your own templates with a significantly different design and look.

Before choosing a newsletter or mailing, you should first determine whether this is the right communication tool to reach your target group. Consult with the communication department of your faculty or department about this.
